1. Fireworks and Baseball in Bluefield
- Date & Time: July 3rd, 6:30 p.m.
- Location: Bowen Field, Bluefield
- Details: Kick off the holiday with the Bluefield Ridge Runners games again Tri-State. After the game, enjoy fireworks from your seat in Bowen Field.
2. Independence Day Car Show
- Date & Time: July 4th, 9 a.m.
- Location: Princeton Senior High School
- Details: Join the City of Princeton for a car show to start the holiday. Trophies and dash plaques will be awarded to the winners!
3. A Princeton 4th
- Date & Time: July 4th, 5 p.m.
- Location: Chuck Mathena Center
- Details: Join the City of Princeton and STAR 95-9 for a concert, hot dog eating contest, food trucks, vendors, games and more. Bands include Thomas Taylor & The High Rize Band, Buckeye Creek, Best of Times, Second Helping: the Original Lynyrd Tribute Show. Fireworks to follow at dark. Bring a lawn chair.
4. Bramwell Fireworks
- Date & Time: July 4th at dusk
- Location: Bramwell Train Depot
- Details: Spend the evening watching fireworks in this small town Victorian town. Fireworks start at dusk. Bring a lawn chair.
5. Baseball, hot dogs, apple pie and Chevrolet
- Date & Time: July 4th, 6:30 p.m.
- Location: Bowen Field, Bluefield, WV
- Details: Celebrate America’s favorite pastimes – baseball, hot dogs, apple pie, and Chevrolet – at Bowen Field for the Bluefield Ridge Runner baseball game. Enjoy free hot dogs and apple pies this Independence Day, complimentary of Cole Chevrolet. Cheers to a red, white, and blue kind of 4th!
6. Parade and duck float Camp Creek State Park
- Date & Time: July 4th, 11 a.m.
- Location: Camp Creek State Park
- Details: Celebrate the Fourth of July with the fourth annual July bike parade. Meet at the campground office at 10:30 a.m. Parade will begin at 11 a.m. Signup by July 3rd at the office. Decoration will be provided. The Duck Race will begin at noon. Cost is $10 per duck. Prizes will be award for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place ducks!
